Surf Guiding and Intermediate Coaching
If you’re on your own agenda, nothing better than to start the day with a sunrise surf, or sneak in a lunchtime duckdive, or blow away those pesky office cobwebs with a few after-work waves.
If you are visiting for the first time however, and don’t want to lose time figuring out the condition patterns, you are welcome to opt into a surf-guiding session, or an intensive lesson with our own personal surf instructor.
For complete beginners and for group lessons, we have teamed up with Mocean Surfschool to get you catching your own waves, with the social element of other surfers who are on the same journey as you are. They kindly provide all equipment as necessary and will pick you up and drop you off at our doorstep.
Meet Gigi
Gigi has been working as a surf instructor to all age groups since ten years. When he’s not coaching in Hossegor France, or chasing down the big swells of Morocco’s winter, Gigi has always chosen Peniche as his playground due to the consistency of the surf and the near guarantee of a daily session (or three!) thanks to the north and south shore offerings of the peninsula.
Locally it is known, where Gigi’s car is parked, there's a surf to be had. Take advantage of his intricate knowledge of the changing sandbanks and tides and join for a guided session. Guided groups are kept to a maximum of four people to ensure that everyone gets their waves, and the cost can be split accordingly.
